What is included in the service?
- The service includes both the drawing and the product itself + cellophane bag for packaging.
- The drawing includes the children, half body, with or without a hobby, meaning that parents or children can ask to be drawn with an animal, favorite character, hobby, or profession.
- The child’s name is painted in the style of graffiti and a dedication in the name of the kindergarten or a school class is added in the corner.
- Delivery by courier/courier to you (plus 45 ILS)
How to order by phone or WhatsApp?
- The kid’s pictures must be prepared according to the guidance below, and transferred to the artist on WhatsApp indicating each child’s name, eye color, hair color, hobby, shirt size (if ordered), below each picture.
- A 50% advance payment is required by Bit / Paybox apps / bank transfer (the balance before collecting or receiving the drawings by courier)
- The painter makes the portraits and sends copies of them to you by WhatsApp for approval and proofreading. You give feedback and the artist improves it as needed.
- After you have approved the paintings, the artist packs the order and sends it to you with a courier or you collect it from his studio Beer Yaakov
The photos
If you have clear photos of all the children on your phone/computer, great. If not, you should get clear pictures of the children from their parents.
- Photos should be large enough to keep the face sharp when it is enlarged to the whole phone screen or computer monitor.
- A smiling kid’s facial expression, and not too exaggerated.
- Straight shooting angle, front view
- Girls are advised with loose hair or add a photo of a ponytail/braid from the side
If the artist finds any of the images as not good enough for drawing, he will ask you to replace it, and it is worth making an effort to obtain better pictures to get better results.
How do I order online?
- If it is a small number of children (up to 4) it’s better to order on the website
- Select the product you are interested in.
- Fill in the child’s details with his picture and click “Add to cart”, then return to the product page and do the action again for each and every child.
- Complete the order by choosing the payment and delivery option or self-pickup from Be’er Yaakov.
- If you have a discount coupon, please enter it during the checkout.
- You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Bit/Paybox payment application.
- Once the order has been received and paid, Kirill or his representative will get back to you with the order confirmation and questions if necessary to complete the information or materials required for the order.
- After a few days, or according to the agreed schedule, you will receive the sketch for approval via WhatsApp or email and you can approve or comment on the improvement as needed, the painter corrects it and sends it again until your final approval.
- Once the artwork has been approved, you pick it up from Beer Yaakov or get o=it with a courier to your door.
Can I invite the painter to kindergarten/school?
Of course! It is the best option for quickest delivery because you get everybody painted on the same day. However, if there are limits for the artist’s arrival to your organization, or a far-located location to avoid expensive traveling costs, it’s suggested to order drawing from photos
Even while drawing face-to-face Kirill takes pictures of the children and draws them from the photos. That’s because they can’t sit for 6-9 minutes and smile in front of a stranger without moving, that is a requirement for the best result.
The babies under 3 years old are suggested to be pictured by you because taking pictures of such young kids and expecting them to smile to the stranger can be a challenge itself. As a good alternative, you can get good pictures from their parents.
The presence of kids next to the artist is mainly for the children’s experience and enjoyment from looking at the artist’s work. He looks at the photos for the drawing.
The arrival of the artist to you and the drawing on the spot is possible at the additional cost of travel, by prior arrangement, and only if the artist is available.
